For the bride that has handled and planned it all! All she needs is a little extra help getting through the big day. Barefoot Events will ensure that every detail is set and the blushing bride can simply sit back, relax and enjoy; consider us your personal assistant for your wedding day.
Package includes the following but is not limited to:
- Assists bride, bridesmaids & Mother of Bride with all tasks
- Keeps entire bridal party running on time
- Manages vendor arrival, set-up & break down
- Ceremony & venue location walk-through and finalization
Pricing starts at $125 an hour
Weekend Coordination Package
This package is designed for the bride who has handled all the planning but needs some assistance bringing together the final details and confirmations. We also provide this bride a personal assistant to supervise every special detail during the wedding day. You will receive everything from the day-of coordination package (above), in addition but not limited to the items below:
- Confirmation of all vendors
- Final confirmation of guest count with venue
- Finalize all vendor payments
